We are currently at capacity for members and have a waiting list.

Our waiting list is currently around 8 months long, please do contact us through the enquiry form to join the queue but please be patient. FAC holders may be fast tracked.
We still love to hear from people wanting to join our club or arrange their first visit but it may be several months before you hear from us.

About Us
Altrincham Rifle and Pistol Club has been providing the premier rifle range in the area for over 75 years. This is a friendly not for profit range ran by volunteer members and range officers who all have one thing in common, we love target shooting in a safe and friendly environment.

Check out our opening hours below to see where you want to start, once you are a probabtionary member you can try out all of our ranges and equipment, you just pay your membership fees and the pellets / ammunition, we will provide all the equipment.
Facilities and Opening Hours
Air Rifle and Pistol
Sporting Rifle
Well equiped air gun range, 6 electronic target changer points and top of the range air rifles and pistols to loan - free of charge.
Experienced shots on hand to take you from complete novice to shooting competitively, we have members experienced in instructing many levels of shooter and competing across the country.

Mon &Tue & Wed & Thursday 19:30 - 21:30
and first 3 Fridays of the month 19:30 - 21:30

5 firing points available on our sporting rifle range (shared with the target rifle discipline)
Quality equipment to loan f.o.c.
Generally shot from standing or seated position, with less equipment to deal with than target rifle shooting you can shoot more casually or stretch yourself in competition shooting, you'll be shooting alongside experienced people with a good tarck record in national competitions!

Target Rifle
5 firing points available on our target rifle range (shared with the target rifle discipline)
Quality equipment available to loan f.o.c.
Shot from the very stable prone position tis is all about accuracy and competetive shooting, expect to see people wearing supportive jackets and slings. The club is lucky to have some of the best target shooters in the country.
